Share an entry
Two ways to share an entry: temporary link or QubKey user.
From a vault entry, you can share securely in two ways. Both require a signed-in QubKey account. Attachments are off by default — enable them only if the recipient needs them.
Choose a mode
Share via a link
Anyone with the URL can open the secret. You control duration, views, and password. Ideal when the recipient has no QubKey account.
Share with a user
Send the encrypted entry to a QubKey email. The recipient accepts to import it into their vault.
Inbox
Review received shares, accept or dismiss.
Shared options
- Include attachments — off by default (link limit: 25 MB total, 10 files)
- QubKey account — sign in before sharing
- Entries with an active link may show a Link badge in the vault
- Entry activity history may note create / revoke / accept (without storing the URL)
